Let us know why you are making the appointment so we can schedule enough time for your visit. If you need to discuss multiple issues with your provider, please let us know so we can schedule additional time.

Occasionally your doctor may be on call for emergencies on the day of your appointment. This may sometimes result in an unexpected and unavoidable wait. If your schedule will be tight, please check with the receptionist to confirm that your provider will not be on call that day.

By calling earlier in the day, you should be able to book a time that is convenient for you. Routine physicals, well-child check-ups, and PAP smears can easily be scheduled in advance.

If you must cancel or postpone your appointment, please let us know within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
