Our imaging center’s board-certified technologists are pleased to offer patients state-of-the-art bone-density (DEXA) scans, ultrasound, and mammography. Routine and minor emergency X-rays are available using Mill Creek’s digital radiology equipment. In April 2008, we added an extremity MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) to our collection of diagnostic tools. It allows detailed imaging of the soft tissue and bones of the arms and legs. In the past, a patient with a suspected cartilage tear in the knee had to be sent to another facility for their MRI.
